How does DAOSin® Vegan work?
Taking one mini tablet of DAOSiN® Vegan prior to a meal increases the DAO level and thus the ability to break down histamine from food by DAO activity of natural pea seedlings. One mini tablet of DAOSiN® Vegan has an activity of 1.100 kHDU (histamine degrading units). Three tablets of DAOSiN® Vegan has an activity of 3.300 kHDU.
How to take DAOSin® Vegan?
Take one mini tablet with some water 10 minutes before a histamine-containing meal. The maximum daily dose is three mini tablets (corresponding to three histamine containing meals per day).
The mini tablet content should not be chewed before swallowing but shall be swallowed whole to allow the content to pass through unaffectedly.

If you are taking medication on a regular basis, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether any of the active substances contained therein may lead to reduced degradation of histamine taken up from food or may act as histamine liberators (release of histamine from mast-cells). Alcohol and some medications can substantially inhibit the activity of the DAO enzyme. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are no substitute for a well-balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of sight and out of reach of young children.
