How does LACTOSOLV® work?

LACTOSOLV® supplements the missing enzyme lactase in the digestive tract. The capsule is taken when eating and dissolves in the stomach. The lactase released in this way is immediately available to the body in order to assist conversion of the lactose present in the chyme into digestible nutrients. As a result, LACTOSOLV® can help to make consumption of milk and dairy products more comfortable for people with lactose intolerance.
